But Buffalo outscored Baltimore 13-0 in the second half, capped with a last-second field goal to advance to 3-1 on the season.Two plays in particular stand out in what has to be a frustrating lo s for John Harbaugh: a fourth-and-goal conversion attempt that resulted in an end zone interception, and an untimely tackle on Devin Singletary on the other side of the field.The first of those plays occurred around the Oakland Athletics Jersey four-minute mark of the fourth quarter: Baltimore, facing fourth-and-goal from the 3, elected not to go for a field goal, instead attempting to score a touchdown.
